A Kolozsvári Magyar Napok Erdély legnagyobb kulturális fesztiváljaként nem csak egy évről évre egyre nagyobb tömegeket vonzó programsorozat, hanem egyben az erdélyi és Kárpát-medencei magyar kulturális élet seregszemléje is.A több száz programon és a több tucat fesztiválhelyszínen megforduló résztvevők – a találkozás örömén túl – töltekezhetnek az idők során felhalmozott és az egy hét alatt bemutatott kulturális kincseink nyújtotta élményekkel, ezen élményanyagból táplálkozva pedig az év további részében is magukkal viszik a KMN fő üzenetét: azt, hogy kolozsvári, erdélyi és Kárpát-medencei magyarságunk egy életerős, értékteremtő közösség.A Kincses Kolozsvár Egyesület tagjaiként úgy gondoljuk, e közösségépítő munka révén nem csak a nyári programkínálatok sorát gazdagíthatjuk, de remek alkalom nyílik arra is, hogy – immár kilencedik alkalommal – megmutassuk kultúránkat, sajátos szokásainkat és történelmi hagyományainkat a velünk együtt élő románságnak is.
Meggyőződésünk, hogy egymás megismerése a békés együttélés alapfeltétele.
Mindezeken túl, ha sikerül Kolozsvárt a maga sokszínűségében bemutatnunk, rámutatva a történelmi hagyományok biztos talaján álló és a soha nem nyugvó város jövőt ígérő fejlődésére, közös álmunk válhat valóra, s a kincses városban maradnak fiataljaink, családot alapítva és közösségünket gyarapítva.Az, hogy rendezvényünk immár kilenc éve meghatározója a Kárpát-medencei kulturális életnek, illetve hogy a Kolozsvári Magyar Napok mintájára Erdély más nagyvárosaiban is megszervezik a helyi magyar napokat, azt bizonyítja, hogy hiánypótló fesztivállal van dolgunk.Az évről évre gazdagodó PROGRAMKÍNÁLAT minden korosztály számára tartalmas és minőségi kikapcsolódást biztosít.
A bő egy hét során belakjuk Kolozsvár tereit, megnyitjuk intézményeink kapuit, s olyan – eldugott vagy kevésbé látogatott, ám a Kolozsvár-életérzéshez ezer szállal kötődő – helyszínek telnek meg élettel, melyek nélkül nem lehetne fesztiválunk az, ami: a város és az itt élők közös ünnepe.Szeretettel várunk mindenkit augusztus 17–25.

We are convinced that getting to know one another is a prerequisite for peaceful coexistence.
Above all, if we succeed in presenting Kolozsvár in its diversity, pointing to the future development of a city that is firmly rooted in historical traditions and promises never to rest, our young people will become a treasured city and start a family and grow our community.The fact that our event has been a decisive factor in the cultural life of the Carpathian Basin for nine years and the organization of local Hungarian days in other big cities of Transylvania, similar to the Hungarian Days in Cluj, proves that we are dealing with a niche festival.The program PROGRAM, which is enriched year by year, ensures a meaningful and quality recreation for all ages.
In just over a week we will open the squares of Cluj-Napoca, open the gates of our institutions, and live in venues that are cluttered or less visited, but connected to the Cluj-Napoca feel, without which we would not be able to festival: the city and its people celebration.We look forward to welcoming you all on August 17-25.
